Social Facilities Branch Directorate

 

The duty and responsibility of Social Facilities Branch Directorate which operates as a part of Ege University's Social Facilities Management Department consist of carrying out the transactions for purchases and tender procedures regarding the needed goods, services, construction, maintenance and repairing for the facilities that serve the members (employees, retirees, students) of Ege University, public officers and other non-public persons, in addition to carrying out the revenue and expenses under Certified Public Accountant Consultancy in compliance with a uniform accounting system, creation of the yearly financial and turnover sheets of the businesses, classification of the benefit costs regarding the products and services sales by the facilities and the implementation and tracing of the costs upon the confirmation by the Social Facilities Board of Directors and Deanship Office, carrying out the payments to the firms after purchases of products, services, implementations and maintenances, management and administration of the staff who are affiliated with the branch office and the facilities, acceptance of the kindergarten applications and the evaluation of them at the beginning of each academic year and carrying out the actual registration procedures, realization of the Ege University opening cocktails at the beginning of each academic year, New Year's Special Programs etc., group organizations regarding the facilities' activity fields alongside with the facility managers and department consultants, in addition to following up on the whole procedures.

Registers the revenue and expenses of the Social Facilities Management in compliance with uniform principles of accounting, follows up on the bank and card payments transactions, prepares the tax declarations and accruals, prepares the budget revenue and turnover sheets, follows up and carries out the payments and transactions.

Warehouse Inventory Control Department

 

Carries out the warehouse entries of the kindergarten, club and the guest house, registers the products instructions and warehouse transfers, processes the staff meals and inventory results. Creates the inventory reports, presents the finance and sales reports to the management.
