The center, where scientific and artistic activities of Ege University and institutions and organizations in İzmir are held, is one of the oldest and most important cultural centers of İzmir. In the center, there are 2 large halls, one with a capacity of 652 and the other with a capacity of 624, as well as a theater with a capacity of 340 people, an art gallery of 470 square meters and a large foyer area for 800 people.
